These are my LMCTF configuration files.  While it might look like a lot it really isn't.  Using this script set will allow you to use the numeric keypad as a multi-functional message center.

The numeric keypad in this script provides the following functionality using toggle switches.  When no toggle switches are pressed it is used as a message center.  One of three message sets can be bound to the keypad: Offensive, Defensive (default) & patrol/flag recovery.

The following toggle keys are used:  

- kp_ins: toggles maxfps settings, good for modem players
- kp_del: toggles sensitivity settings
- kp_enter:  toggles drop item (contains menu)
- kp_plus:  toggles drop weapon, not really used a lot anymore, but it is provided nonetheless

Each will be described later in this document

Basic Movement
*******************

This script centers on esdf movement structure.  I chose this over wasd so I had an extra column of buttons to my left to use.

Off-hand hook is controlled by the space
Crouch is controlled by shift
Fire is mouse1
Jump is mouse2

Weapons control
*******************

- mouse3: provides a quick switch between the rocket launcher and the chaingun
- r: activates the railgun

The mouse wheel controls a best weapon alias.

mousewheelup selects the best power weapon (grenades, super shotgun, grenade launcher, rocket launcher, rail gun)

mousewheeldown selects the best speed weapon (blaster, shotgun, machine gun, hyper blaster, plasma rifle, chaingun)

Sniper Zoom

Default fov is 120 for this config, if you use a different one you will want to modify these aliases

there are 2 sniper functions with this script

- c: zooms in as long as c is held good for taking a look around before running wildly across an open spaces

- v zooms in until you press v again; good for providing recon for team or when acting as a sentry

Generic Messages

f2 through f8 provide generic messages, you will want to remove these if you don't want to lose these keys default functions

- F2 "Doh!"
- F3 "Damn"
- F4 "WTF!!"
- F5 "gg"
- F6 "Nice"
- F7 "Thanks!"
- F8 "Yeah!!"

Netgraph Toggles
******************

- delete toggles netgraph on and off
- end displays netgraph as long as the key is depressed

gl_polyblend

gl_polyblend effects can be toggled on and off at will using the 2 key, remove  this alias or reassign it if you don't want to lose weapons selection functionality

Run/Walk
******************

run walk can be toggled using the 1 key remove or reassign this alias if you don't want to lose weapons selection functionality.

Instant demo
******************

Pressing the page down (pgdn) key will start the recording of a demo, and pressing it again will stop it.  Up to 10 demos can be recorded this way.  I completely hoarked this script.  I am sorry to report that I cannot give credit to the original author as I don't know who wrote it.  If this is your script email me and I will be more then glad to give credit where it is due :)

These messages will always be available, there is a slight bias toward defensive, and utilitarian messages.

- 4 Have quad respwan in 60 sec
- 5 Recover our flag
- 6 Got flag need escort (with a team_say text message to give your location, health armor and tech status)
- 7 Cap it Already
- 8 Good Work
- ALT Incoming Quad (with a %p message to supply location)
- CTL Base is over run
- a Incoming enemy attack (with a %p message to supply location)

This message set is activated by default (As I usually play it), it can be reactivated after on of the other message modes are invoked with the home key

- 1 On Defense %p %h %a %t %n (I think)
- 2 Base is Clear
- 3 Need Defense (with a %p message supplying location)
- 4 Unused
- 5 Need Bullets
- 6 Incoming attack (also redundant)
- 7 Need slugs
- 8 need rockets
- 9 need shells

* I think these have changed around with the last update so you may need to experiment
